Talking less at work

I’m a big chatter box at work, while also being a medium level performer.

Tbh quality of all my work is pretty good but bc i talk so much ppl assume that im terrible at my job.

I’ve met many ppl that are quiet as can be who simultaneously are so generally bad at their job.

Convinced their lack of chitting and chatting acts as a camoflauge of wow so quiet— they must be hard at work..
